Devantol Super Brushing agent

Product number: 8070001221

Sales Unit: 1 Canister per palett

Description

Devantol Super is a highly effective brushing agent for large areas of grease and wet soiling. The product is easy to dose and can be mixed with water in any ratio. Devantol Super leaves no graying on the brushing areas after application.

Application icon Application

Devantol Super is a medium viscosity, almost colorless liquid that smells pleasantly fresh. Thanks to the selected surfactants and ingredients, it can be mixed with water in any ratio. For spraying, mix Devantol Super with water in ration 1:1 - 1:3. The amount of water depends on the type of goods. When spraying a Devantol Super solution, ensure that there is sufficient suction to avoid inhalation of aerosols. When pre-spraying with Devantol Super, a sufficient base concentration of cleaning booster is necessary to avoid graying. Take care when using on sensitive goods. If in doubt (especially if colour fastness is suspected), carry out a hem test.

As a cleaner for the rear wall of the drum
To clean the rear wall of the drum and the piping, the needle trap is cleaned the day before and the distillation still is distilled empty and cooled overnight. The next day, the cold distillation bubble is cleaned and not switched on! No goods may be placed in the drum for cleaning. For the cleaning process, the required amount of solvent must first be determined until the solvent is almost 10 cm high in the drum. The required product quantities refer to the solvent volume determined in this process. If the volume is determined for the first time, the solvent must then be pumped back into the tank and the drum dried. Before the required amount of solvent is pumped into the drum, 0.6 liters of Devantol Super and 1.5 liters of water are added to the empty drum per 100 liters.

To this mixture, the solvent from the clean tank is pumped into the stationary drum (if available by means of backflushing). Reverse cleaning is then carried out in the pump circuit (without filter) for 10 minutes. The machine is then spun in a stationary bath. Once the maximum rotation has been reached, the machine is spun for 10 seconds. Depending on the degree of soiling, these two steps (reverse cleaning and spinning in the bath) must be repeated several times. The solvent is then pumped into the switched-off distillation unit. Further solvent (about half the amount previously used) is then pumped from the working tank into the drum and cleaned for 5 minutes in a reversing pump circuit. This solvent is also pumped into the switched-off distillation unit.
