Debosan ALW is an acidic crate cleaner and circulation cleaner specially developed for effective cleaning of crates and circulation containers. The acidic formula ensures thorough removal of residues and soiling, while the low-foaming property enables efficient application. Of particular note is the aluminum compatibility of this detergent, which ensures that it is gentle on surfaces while providing effective cleaning.
Application
Debosan ALW is a strongly acidic wetting agent-containing liquid product based on organic acid. It has a pronounced cleaning effect against mineral soiling. Thanks to a special combination of active ingredients, it is suitable for circulation and CIP processes. It also has a good dissolving capacity for grease and protein soiling.
Debosan ALW has been developed for cleaning tasks in the food and beverage industry. It is therefore very well suited for cleaning tanks, containers, pipelines, barrels, collection trolleys, plate heaters and as a cleaner for crate washers. The materials processed in these areas, such as stainless steel and aluminum, are not attacked by Debosan ALW application solutions.
After cleaning with Debosan ALW, rinse with water of drinking water quality to remove all product residues from the cleaned surface.
