BÜFA-Clean Brillant is an alkaline vehicle exterior cleaner with a gloss-back effect. The intensive cleaner is particularly suitable for large vehicles. Even with stubborn dirt, BÜFA-Clean Brillant is gentle on materials and also achieves excellent results in car washes.
Application
BÜFA-Clean Brillant can be used as an intensive cleaner with all common high pressure/HW devices and is suitable for use in automatic truck washes. It can be used on all types of commercial vehicles (trucks, cars, construction machinery, etc.) with a particularly high gloss-back effect. Other areas of application are general cleaning work in the workshop and wash bay, and as a pre-spray cleaner.
BÜFA-Clean Brillant can be mixed with water in any ratio. The application concentration depends on the degree of soiling of the vehicles and surfaces to be cleaned. The application solution is sprayed on from bottom to top using a suitable HD/HW device or spraying device and rinsed off thoroughly with clear water - preferably at high pressure - after an appropriate exposure time. For use in truck wash systems, we recommend preliminary tests; the exact final mixture must be adjusted based on the cleaning results. The system manufacturer's instructions regarding dosage must be observed.
Do not treat hot surfaces with BÜFA-Clean Brillant. The product must not be allowed to dry on sensitive and painted surfaces in particular. Sensitive paintwork may be attacked. When using the product for the first time, carry out a test application on a concealed area to check the compatibility of the material.
Pre-spraying method: 1:5 to 1:20 diluted with water
Washing systems: depending on the system
HD/HW devices: 0.1 - 1.0 % (at the nozzle)
Manual cleaning: 1:10 to 1:200 diluted with water
