AniClean R1 L2 is a highly alkaline, water-miscible cleaner concentrate. The concentrate is non-flammable in the application concentration. Our product is foam-free above 40 °C and generally low in emissions. AniClean R1 L2 is economical to use due to the long service life of the wash bath and its use in aqueous dilution.
Application
AniClean R1 L2 is a highly alkaline cleaning concentrate for the production of aqueous washing baths for closed cleaning processes in spray applications. AniClean R1 L2 is designed for the removal of printing inks from anilox rollers, gravure rollers and embossing rollers. In the application concentration, the washing bath is foam-free above 40 °C.
Instructions for use:
Cleaned surfaces should be rinsed with water. Evaporation and carry-over can reduce the wash bath. Resharpen with the cleaner concentrate and water at the starting concentration.
Suitable surfaces: Steel, stainless steel, ceramic, Teflon, HDPE, chrome (after consultation)
Unsuitable surfaces: Aluminium, galvanized components, non-ferrous metals, plastics
Area of application: Cleaning of printing and anilox rollers
For the removal of: even heavily cross-linked, dried printing inks (solventbased, UV, water-based: after testing)
